Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By using jackpot's website or services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between jackpot and its users. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all users in Bangladesh. jackpot reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. You must be 18 years of age or older to use jackpot's services. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To create an account on jackpot, you must provide accurate and complete information. Creating an account using false or misleading information is strictly prohibited, and any such account may be suspended at any time. Only one account per person is permitted.
It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, contact jackpot's support team immediately.

Platform Usage Rules
Jackpot's services may only be used for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. Commercial use or use on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized access, hacking, or use of malicious software on any part of the platform will result in legal action.
Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, gaining unfair advantages through multiple accounts, or acting dishonestly toward other users is strictly prohibited. If jackpot detects any such activity, it reserves the right to immediately close the account in question and forfeit any remaining balance.

Payments, Transactions & Financial Matters
All financial transactions on jackpot are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Local mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are available for deposits and withdrawals. Minimum and maximum limits apply to each payment method and can be viewed by logging into the platform.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be made. Sending or receiving funds through any payment method not approved by jackpot is strictly prohibited.
Using jackpot for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited, and any such activity will be reported to the relevant authorities. If suspicious transactions are detected, jackpot reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account and conduct an investigation.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Jackpot is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues. jackpot bears no responsibility for financial losses incurred through gaming or betting. Users access and use the platform entirely at their own discretion and risk.
Jackpot's logo, brand name, website design, game content, and all media materials are protected by jackpot's intellectual property rights. Copying, distributing, or republishing any of this content without written permission is strictly prohibited. Intellectual property rights for any third-party games or content remain with their respective owners.

Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms
Jackpot reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances: violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, provision of false information, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in any unlawful activity.
Users may request account closure at any time. We recommend withdrawing any available balance before closing your account. Bonus balances remaining at the time of closure will not be refunded.
Jackpot may update these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page.
